Summer Term 1

1. Code Club Activity – Python

In the Autumn term we used Trinket.io to learn how to write HTML and websites. This half term I would like you to use Trinket again to learn a language called Python. It’s similar to how you used it for the HTML activities we did.   You don’t need an account with Trinket but you can save the URL link in a document and add to it later.  Follow the instructions below (You may need two tabs open to go from instructions to Trinket.io) Have a go at Module 1. If you wish you could go on further to Module 2 and Additonal Projects.

3. Robotics Builder and Competition

The School Robot Competition 2020 is here with new and exciting space terrains!

The competition requires pupils to create robots that can cross challenging space environments using their specially designed app or online. By selecting different parts you can build your robot and then test it out before taking on a range of challenges. You can launch their free web version and have a go if you wish.
